    Workout of The Week Jan 28th

    Another day, another God given opportunity to be great. We were locked in and determined to get some good work in today. Todays workout consisted of a 20 minute run or warmup of choice to get a little sweat in as well as heat up that body. Todays split focus was lower body. The workout itself consisted of two blocks repeated 3 times, each exercise executed for 40 seconds. Let’s get into this work:

    Block 1 (x 3):

    1) DB Front Rack Squats x 40 sec

    2) DB Romanian Deadlifts x 40 sec

    Block 2 (x3):

    1) DB Reverse Lunge R x 40 sec

    2) DB Reverse Lunge L x 40 sec

    3) DB Side Lunge R x 40 sec

    4) DB Side Lunge L x 40 sec

    *15 seconds rest between each exercise
